Dog Booking Terms

1. Doggie guests must be one year or older, reliably housetrained and a short-haired or non-shedding breed.

2. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the Lodge with a maximum weight of 15lbs each.

3. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay

4. Please clean up after your dog(s) in the front and side yards, on the driveway and all decks as well as on the private road!

5. Ensure your dog(s) are clean before entering the house.

6. Do not allow your dog(s) on any of the furniture and beds. A dog bed(s) will be provided.

7. Please diaper your dog when inside the home. Doggie diapers starter kit will be provided upon request.

8. Dog(s) must be leashed at all times when outside the home.

You will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacements as a result of pet stains and/or damage, as determined within the discretion of Moorland View.
